During the last week of July (July 28 - Aug 1), girls ages 9 - 13 can join me for a week of arts, adventure and empowerment at the Blue Sage.
Our special guest teacher will be Nyssa Yassa, also known as Heidi Hudek,
and she'll share belly dancing with us.
Ah, the lushness of summertime!
ILLuMiNa Girls Camp is a unique summer day camp,
combining arts, adventure, and empowerment.
Fun and friendship are the core, with trust building games and magical tools that can change a girl's life, as she crosses the threshold into adolescents; girls and their moms have told me this, after iGC in the previous 6 summers I've directed the program (in Seattle) although it is also unique each time.
Girls have an inner compass guiding all their decisions and adventures – I'll guide them in learning to use that compass more consciously, and powerfully.
Thursday evening features a “Hafla”, a feast the girls prepare to share with the special women in their lives! Following this, the girls will have an overnight campout at the Blue Sage.
Friday is a shorter day, culminating in the girls to sharing their finished art work.
Hours: 9 am - 3 pm, Monday - Thursday
Hafla: Thursday evening, 6 - 8 plus an overnight campout
